FLT Counterbalance driver / Yard Operative

GI GROUP have a Excellent opportunity full time position available within a growing company in the West Bromwich area

TEMP/PERM

*For this role you must hold a valid FLT Counterbalance licence, be flexible and have good communication skills written and verbally, we are looking for someone who is willing to work in a yard environment.

We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team but also use there own initiative.

Skills required-

Have previous warehouse / Yard operative experience or willing to learn
Have good communication skills.
Be able to work unsupervised
Be able to work outside in various weather conditions
You must be physically fit for this role

Duties to include:

MANUAL HANDLING WILL BE INVOLVED THIS IS NOT A WAREHOUSE ROLE, YOU WILL BE WORKING IN THE YARD

Keeping the yard tidy and ensuring all Health and Safety Policies are adhered.
Assist the staff with the loading and unloading the of vehicles.
General housekeeping of the yard

Details:

Working Monday to Friday days- 08:00-17:00

Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate
Immediate start.
Paid weekly
