Based in picturesque Marlow, a growing digital agency is looking to on board a creative and passionate graduate for a Social Media Designer role to work in partnership with a variety of clients, understanding their branding, designs and style. Working closely with the social team, you will come up with creative, thumb-stopping content that will help increase engagement for clients. You'll have excellent support from the Senior Social Executive and Social Media Manager, but will hold a can-do attitude and willingness to challenge yourself every day. Responsibilities include:
* Brainstorming creative social ideas and opportunities with the social media team
* Supporting creation of content calendars in Google Sheets
* Suggesting new ideas and share latest trends with the social team
* Collaborating on social media campaign ideas and designs
* Presenting your ideas and suggestions to the wider team
* Communicating with paid social and web design teams for consistency in design ideas
* Producing and taking ownership of project timelines for each client
* Supporting the social media team with pitches and presentations
* Ensuring attention to detail is optimal at all times
* Ability to create animated posts to social media
You will hold a strong, genuine interest in Digital Media and Advertising as well as a creative flair and an eye for detail. You must hold a solid understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn and be able to work towards tight deadlines and timeframes. Experience with Adobe Photoshop & After Effects preferred but not essential
