Accounts Receivable Supervisor role working for a prestigious Construction and Property company with their office based in Tower Hill (London).

Summary of the role:
As the Accounts Receivable Supervisor you will be reporting to, and supporting, the Financial Manager and be responsible for maintaining the Accounts function while also fundamentally ensuring the Accounts Receivable ledger activities are carried out in an precisely and timely method.
Main Responsibilities:
Overseeing raising of sale orders with customers
Liaising with the Commercial teams to ensure all project Applications are raised accurately and on time
Liaising with the Commercial teams to ensure all Project Certifications are received on time
Raising sales invoices
Providing monthly statements to customers.
Chasing customers for payments to terms
Allocating customer receipts to sales ledger
Managing the ageing of the Account Receivable ledger
Providing receipts from customer's forecast for cash flow purposes
Reconcile the receipts side of the bank
Reconcile the Accounts Receivable ledger to the balance sheet
Main requirements:
GCSE Maths Grade A - C
Previous experience working as a Accounts Receivable Supervisor
Raising high volume invoices
Presentable/professional appearance
Strong communication skills
Pro-active
