Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 06:00 - 14:00 - 40 hours per week (Hours may vary to needs of the Business and not strictly set from 6 am-2 pm)
Location: Truro and surrounding

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our passionate and driven team in Truro!
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing a portfolio of sites
Signing up new starters and training operatives and holding HR meetings as required.
Managing electrical equipment to ensure that it is kept to good standards and that faults are reported, ensuring escalation is in place and that cleaners' cupboards are compliant.
Managing stock and keeping order as required.
Reporting all issues to Area Manager daily.
The Mobile Supervisor will be provided with a van, a mobile phone, a uniform, laptop.
Completing monthly audits
About You:
Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor is essential.
Experience in staffing, rotas, and training.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail required.
