Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for experienced Careers Advisors who can provide Information Advice and Guidance to customers across the region.
Please Note: You MUST hold an IAG qualification ideally Level 4, however applicants with a Level 3 are encouraged to apply.
You will provide professional careers guidance to adult job seekers in job centres and community venues across the region. Working both face to face and virtually, you will deliver effective, labour market focused careers information, advice and guidance to support your customers to move closer to securing employment or full time education.
You'll be responsible for conducting initial interventions and you will manage a caseload of customers via the telephone/video chats. You will create SMART action plans and ensure that all engagement is completed to National Service, SFA, Ofsted and Matrix standards.
Due to the nature of this role you will be a car driver with access to your own vehicle and you will need to complete a DBS criminal records check if successful.
