Key Responsibilities
Respond to all existing customer enquiries
Qualify sales enquiries, following the Brentwood Sales Process
Maintain data within the CRM system, ensure it is up to date with contact details, industry sector etc
Provision of customer quotes
Support the achievement of UK target and diversified revenue across multiple industries
Up-sell/cross-sell to customers, appropriate to their needs
Quote follow up to all Tier 3 Customer Accounts
Joint responsibility for first line response to telephone enquiries
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the products & industry
