We have an exciting new vacancy for a Helpdesk Adviser to join our client, a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor that specialise in both the private and public sector.
The ideal Helpdesk Advisor will be friendly, outgoing with a can-do attitude. You will join the companies Customer Service and Administration Team handling customer enquiries and supporting engineers when needed.
If you are looking to work in a face paced, service environment then this role could be for you.
In return the started salary will be between GBP24,000 to GBP28,000 depending on experience.
Commutable locations: Farnborough, Woking, Bracknell, Guildford, Aldershot.
The Role:
Coordinate, route plan, and book in engineers for service and maintenance call outs, planned and reactive works.
You will route plan, diary plan and coordinate specialist Engineers day to day, as well as been involved in quoting and some financial aspects.
Contact customers by telephone and email to arrange bookings.
Raise service orders.
Respond to incoming calls to the Service Office Team, in a prompt and efficient manner.
The Person
Communication is Key, you must be able to converse on all levels.
Be Proficient in all Microsoft Packages - Word and Excel.
Used to working in a face paced environment.
Presentable and confident.
The Package:
Salary up to GBP27,000 depending on experience
23 Days holiday
Pension in accordance with auto enrolment.
Hours of employment 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday
