Your New Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Service Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the service department including line management and development of the Service team. The Service Manager will constantly be looking for opportunities to promote the services we provide at as well as identifying opportunities to upsell to customers.

Working hours: 38.75 hrs per week, 5 days out of 7.

Responsibilities Include:

* Responsibility for training and coaching the Service Team

* Work as a team with General Manager and Department Managers to support smooth running of all departments

* Liaise with department managers to provide relevant training to any staff who require it

* Ensure monthly 1-1 reviews are held with the team

* Put Personal Development Plans into place for each member of the service team

* Working toward monthly Service targets

* Provide an exemplary and personal level of customer service to all clients.

* Working with Head of Service, be instrumental in developing client experience throughout the customer experience in store

* Increase awareness of the Service Department and drive the business, to gain new clients and provide existing clients with a deeper understanding of the service process

* Champion and communicate the skills of the workshops to promote the array of skills within the business, and showcase company assets

* Monitor and Increase Department Sales/Profit Margins

* Develop deep understanding of jewellery and watches

* Handling repairs, advising and educating clients on the availability of services best course of action
