THE SALARY PACKAGE: Up to GBP30,000 Basic + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits

THE ROLE OF A PARTS ADVISOR:
As a parts advisor, you will be working within a small, close knit getting involved with a large number of responsibilities that will vary day to day from processing orders to giving out customer advice and everything in between.
You will be dealing with a customer base from all various backgrounds, including fleets, garages, workshops and end users, responding to calls and orders over the phone, face to face and via email, giving out useful advice and help to any one that calls up to find out more about the products and parts.
Helping to manage this existing customer base, you will develop long term relationships to ensure that you are the go to person whenever they need it!

EXPERIENCE IDEALLY REQUIRED FOR A PARTS ADVISOR:
A background in or knowledge of automotive parts is required, as is the enthusiasm and ambition to learn and develop. Being able to work well as part of a small successful team is key!
