40 hours per week 52 weeks a year Monday- Friday 8:00am- 16:30pm
GBP11.50 an hour

The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Cleaning Site Service Manager to join a prestigious client in Sudbury. The role will involve managing the provision of the cleaning service in accordance with contractual requirements.

The Cleaning Site Service Manager will have:
Previous experience working in a FM/Cleaning environment.
Great customer service and communication skills.
Main responsibilities include:
The management of all cleaning staff focussing on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty
Ensuring that a first-class cleaning service is delivered to all areas of the building via training, auditing and building a great rapport with the clients on site
Reviewing work schedules and organising staff due to shortfalls etc
Stock control of cleaning materials
Monitoring of all cleaning activities via training, auditing and building a great rapport with the clients on site
Managing sub contractors on the contract
Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures
Ability to recognize potential for organic sales opportunities
Responsible for the generation of payroll via our T&A system
Manage our Honeydew system (sickness reporting) for the employees you lead
Communicate with the Area Manager to update
Your Package:
GBP11.50 per hour.
