Job Title: Legal Technical Specialist

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time

The Role:
Our client is looking for a Legal Technical Specialist to join their highly qualified team, who are looking for new candidates to join their growing team.
Day to day duties include:
Providing legal support to conveyancing teams within the business, to facilitate the approval of the legal title for exchange of contracts, by performing a range of tasks associated with this process and supporting the resolution of legal queries.
The delivery of a professional and compliance conveyancing service within specified timescales.
Increasing and building on your relationships with colleagues across all law firms within Simplify.
Having exposure to all residential transactions undertaken by the business, together with training and mentoring to enhance your current skills and knowledge.
Constructively contributing to new ideas, equally you will be able to work on your own to exceed the SLA's set for each work type.
Mentoring and coaching the conveyancers in expanding their technical knowledge and promoting a consistent way of working across all firms within Simplify.
The Candidate:
Experienced in residential conveyancing: E.g., inception to completion and registration without an assistant.
Experience with dealing with complex/technically difficult files.
Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Fee Earner
Must be able to handle your own varied and mixed caseload
