We require a Sales Estimator to work for one of our clients based in the Manufacturing sector based in York. Enjoy benefits such as casual dress in the office, onsite parking, and Staff discount.

Working within a busy office environment you will be responsible for primarily quoting kitchen work tops from customers drawings and plans. Previous office sales experience would be an advantage however more important a good telephone manner and strong IT skills.

You will be organised, hardworking and able to multitask. You will need strong people skills to build long term relationships with clients and provide a high level of customer service.

This Sales Estimator role will consist of:

Being responsible for sales enquiries from our clients, ensuring all quotes are completed efficiently and accurately offering a high level of customer service
Speaking with customers through a range of mediums including email, telephone, and web forms, answering the enquiries with a friendly demeanour to ensure their journey is positive and efficient
Recording customer information accurately and efficiently, using the company's CRM system
Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
Ensuring you meet all your monthly KPI'sThe successful Sale Estimator will have the following skills:

High level of communication skills - both written and verbal
Strong people skills to build long term relationships with our clients, including patience and empathy
Dedication to providing a high level of customer service
Ability to provide information, quickly and clearly
A can-do attitude and a real passion for supporting the business
Self-motivated with good attention to detail
Meticulous planner who ensures that their daily responsibilities are always met
Confident telephone manner, capable of dealing with calls logically and effectivelyThe hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm earning a salary between GBP18,000 - GBP22,000 dependant on experience.
