We are currently recruiting for a Learning & Organisational Development Partner on behalf a very prestigious Manchester based organisation. This will be a full-time role and will initially be home-based but will eventually involve working in the office approx 2 days per week.
Working within the L&OD team, this role will have a specific emphasis on organisational development and change management and will involve the implementing and embedding of new strategies and initiatives throughout the organisation.
The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Manage the design, implementation and embedding of OD projects that contribute towards the wider organisational development and behavioural change programmes.
Apply best practice in reviewing existing systems and processes, measuring the impact of initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, conducting research and presenting recommendations
Partner with colleagues across the organisation in planning, implementing and coordinating the roll out of OD initiatives
Drive cultural change across the organisation by identifying and influencing key stakeholders
Provide operational advice and guidance to managers on areas such as policies and processes, performance reviews, feedback, training interventions, best practice, performance improvement, change management and training needs analysis.
Provide support and guidance to the wider team to ensure continuous improvement
Candidates for this role must be able to demonstrate strong organisational development and change management experience. You will be able to use the above experience to deliver projects and initiatives successfully and within the required timescales. You will also have experience of conducting research, analysis and making recommendations to improve processes and to drive change. The ability to work collaboratively with direct and wider team members is also essential. Excellent communication, organisation and problem solving skills are a must!
