We are pleased to have been chosen as a recruitment partner to this well-known household name and industry leading brands.
You will be based on our clients premises in Barnard Castle with time also spent in our Hartlepool Branch and Shildon as required.
This role will require you to become an integral part of the client's team, you will be working autonomously onsite and will need to fully embed yourself by understanding the environment, culture, and of course the requirements and skills of the roles you would be recruiting to fulfil.
You will be responsible for:
* Recruitment and attraction of agency labour
* Vetting and Audit compliance to meet client and external audit requirements
* Pre screening and conducting interviews and inductions
* Payroll administration
* Financial reporting and acumen
* General welfare and performance management of these individuals while they are
engaged to work at our clients site
* Client communication
* KPI reporting
* Review meetings
* Generally providing an excellent service
We are seeking a tenacious individual, ideally with recruitment experience.
Perhaps you are looking to move away from a Sales based role to allow you to focus on providing a service?
You must be able to multi task, prioritise, with excellent attention to detail and be computer literate.
You must be a people person and have the ability to build rapport and relationships at all levels while being professional.
Full training for this role will be provided
