Security & Safety Team - Haven Responsible for the Health and Safety of self and others and for Customer Care, a Security & Safety Team member contributes to the overall purpose of the business by providing our customers with excellent service in a safe and secure environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for the Health and Safety of self and others, for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests. They will also maintain acceptable noise levels in and around caravans, conducting regular perimeter patrols and performing regular safety and fire-equipment checks. Other key responsibilities include: •Supporting other departments •Delivery of gas bottles •Basic maintenance (boiler top up, electric resets) •Delivery of first class customer care. •Assisting customers with enquiries •Checking membership passes •Inspect safety equipment and fire exits •Completion of control logs and reports Requirements: The ideal candidate must be SIA licensed, preferably with demonstrable experience within a similar role. They will also be committed and focused on delivering a professional service, have good interpersonal and communication skills as well as a positive attitude to customer care. They will also be a team player, supporting other departments such as housekeeping and reception by dealing with late arrivals.
