The Role:
Our Stonewater branch are actively recruiting for a Carpenter/ Multi Skilled Trades to join our successful and dedicated team.
Ideally you will be placed in Bristol, Chippenham and or Swindon however you must have the flexibility to cover in other areas depending on operational demands.
If successful, please note that all our operatives work out of hours for an emergency service as part of the Stonewater contract.
The Project:
Fortem's partnership with Stonewater is at the beginning of 5+5+5 contract.
We oversee the maintenance of around 7,000 assets, helping to maintain homes for a variety of people from all walks of life.
Working closely with our clients and their residents, our teams are responsible for delivering a high-quality maintenance service, looking after Stonewater's stock of affordable homes of good quality to those that need them most.
You will operate within company Health and Safety guidelines and remain up to date with technical and legal requirements of your skill areas. Most importantly, you will be joining a values-based business with a true family ethos, with our people at the heart of everything that we do.
Essential and Desirable Criteria:
Essential Criteria:
• NVQ or City and Guilds qualification in a relevant trade
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Pro-active in resolving problems
• Proven history of excellent customer service

• IT literate
• Social housing experience
