Role: Market Insight Analyst
Location: Rotherham
Salary: up to GBP32K per annum DOE
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Role Summary
We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to join our creative marketing team and be part of that journey.
Our search is for an experienced and highly motivated Insight Market Analyst with proven experience of growing customer acquisition whilst improving ROI.
With strong organisational and project management skills, you'll have experience in an on and offline sales and direct marketing environment and will be able to hit the ground running. Ability to communicate effectively is a must.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to and working with our Design and Brand manager in the day-to-day management of a small team and co-ordinating all aspects of the marketing campaign strategy and delivery.
* Holistic project management.
* Autonomy and control around the marketing calendar and plans.
* Management of affiliate marketing relationships.
* Building strong working relationships with partners.
* Involvement in marketing analytics and KPIs.
* Scientific use of data and analytics to identify any optimisation opportunities.
* Collaboration on brand strategy and creative development.
* Development of a strategy to improve brand awareness.
* Development of ideas and concepts in line with our target audience.
* Development of promotional strategies to drive incremental sales.
* Optimisation of our direct marketing channels.
* Development marketing strategies to improve customer retention rates.
* Meeting customer acquisition targets, sales and conversions.
* Identification of future digital and traditional marketing trends and business models.
* Drive web traffic, brochure requests, calls and conversion.
* Development of a cohesive print strategy (national and regional press).
* Bring expertise in the current and evolving marketing acquisition strategies.
* Input into best practice tools and technologies required to improve customer acquisition and conversion and performance.
* Work with senior leaders across the business to integrate a digital first approach.
* Optimisation of the websites for organic search engine positioning.
* Liaise with our partner on SEO, PPC, paid display, paid social strategy.
* Any other duties commensurate with the role
Experience, skills, and knowledge required for the role
Minimum 3 years working in an on and offline direct marketing environment essential.
Proven experience of improving ROI by increasing customer acquisition.
Experience of managing external suppliers to achieve business objectives.
A working knowledge of customer acquisition and retention models.
Passionate and pragmatic about proactive marketing initiatives.
Numerate, analytical and results focused.
Strong project management skills.
Proactive, creative, and enthusiastic.
Organised, methodical, and takes pride in seeing work done to the highest standards.
Good verbal communication skills - the ability to articulate ideas clearly and liaise with other members of the team.

Ability to work to demanding schedules and deliver tight turnarounds to strict deadlines
Ability and experience to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel.
