We are passionate about potatoes. But we're even more passionate about our People!

We feature in two out of every three households - that's over 18million homes across Britain! On average each household bought one of our products 8 times last year. We starred in over 144 million shopping trips - roughly 1.2 billion meals. So when it comes to bringing the nation together at mealtimes with simple, delicious and great tasting food we're kind of a big deal!

We're not just one of the nation's favourite food brands by luck! Our Systems team ensure that we're as savvy with our data as we are with our potatoes.

But that doesn't stop our Finance team from always innovating and coming up with new and improved ways to operate. The role of Systems Reporting Analyst plays a huge part in ensuring that our reporting is aligned to our overall strategies. Working on some large and challenging projects you'll be reviewing and enhancing the quality of the strategic data and end-user interface. We hate to complicate things, so in a nutshell you'll manage, improve/enhance and shape our data systems, providing reporting training whilst making sure you're sticking to our data governance controls.

As well as all the exciting projects you'll be working on, you'll also take the delivery lead on other key objectives: supporting system changes, designing and creating new reports and promoting and embedding change across the GB business. It goes without saying that building relationships needs to be one of your strengths. So whilst you're data savvy, we also expect you to be adaptable to work with diverse teams engaging our people across manufacturing, commercial, retail, agriculture and supply chain for example.

You'll also be lucky enough to work with our teams across the world, collaborating on initiatives and contributing to the wider improvements for McCain globally.

As well as having a love for number crunching, in this role we need someone who has a data and systems background with extensive knowledge in data management and reporting.

We also need someone who...

* Is a good collaborator. Who can create good relationships and influence decision making across all our functions in the business.

* Has project management experience, leading change projects relating to data systems and commercial reporting.

* Is used to creating new financial and commercial reports.

* Has experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or a retail environment.

* Is good at problem solving and who can identify risks and find solutions to data management and reporting problems.

* Is used to managing large quantities of data and who is able to grow insights from this.

* Ideally holds an Accountancy Qualification - member of a recognised accounting body (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).

* Isn't afraid to challenge. And someone who knows how to influence at all levels.

Although we do encourage you to taste the goods you'll be pleased to know we don't pay you in chips. For working hard, you'll also get a great salary and some pretty good benefits including an excellent pension, achievable bonus, health care options; and of course a great environment to learn and develop.

We have a culture based on achieving outcomes and with that fully support flexible working. So while our Head Office is in Scarborough and we'd love to see you from time to time, success will be measured by the outcomes you deliver, and not where you're based
