Senior Recruitment Consultant - Shipping, Supply Chain & Logistics
Are you looking to join a thriving recruitment division with over 25 years' experience?
Alchemy Shipping & Logistics is the longest standing of Alchemy Global Talent Solutions specialisms. We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who are looking to grow and develop their career within recruitment to join our Shipping, Supply Chain & Logistics talent team.
The day to day:
* Serve as a 360-recruitment consultant managing the full recruitment lifecycle
* Actively headhunt candidates through networking and various recruiting channels
* Recruit and match appropriate candidates to worldwide job opportunities
* Identify and develop both new and existing client relationships through regular business development efforts
* Negotiating recruitment terms of business with clients and pitch for PSL's
* Execute an in-depth candidate selection process, assessing candidate skills and suitability
* Create and advertise detailed job descriptions
* Develop candidate talent profiles to reflect core vacancy criteria
* Actively negotiate salaries, benefits, and employment contracts on behalf of candidates
* Stay updated on global market salaries to effectively benchmark as required
* Keep up to date on business and recruitment market trends
* Meet and exceed sales targets and be driven by, and thrive on, the buzz of a sale
* Represent the company at both local and international conferences
What we are looking for:
* Agency based recruitment experience ideally within Shipping, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Maritime or related industry sector
* Extensive B2B sales experience with the ability to build professional relationships
* Natural sales skills with the ability to educate, persuade and influence
* Professional business ethic with an entrepreneurial and ambitious personality
