A Claims and Customer Service Advisor is required for a leading Accident & Repair group based in Reigate, Surrey:
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
* Answering incoming calls
* Load any new claims
* Contacting and booking in customers
* Organising collection of vehicles and allocation of courtesy cars
* Keeping correct and up to date activity records on our company database
* Dealing with Customer queries and accurately recording all information
* Obtaining customer images
* To appropriately deal and escalate any sign of customer dissatisfaction
Experience and Skills Required:
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Able to prioritise and be self-motivated
* Well organised
* Good attention to detail
* Time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
* Confident telephone manner
* Claims experience or Motor insurance or Contact centre experience
Personal Attributes:
* Team Player
* Use initiative, be flexible and have a can-do attitude
* Cultural and organisational insight
* Takes responsibility for own actions
This is a full time position Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings required.
