Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading national property investment company in the recruitment of a Property Broker/Dealer.
To deliver on their ambitious growth plans, they are building a team of Property Brokers to deliver a consistent pipeline of relevant properties for consideration and purchase. You will source a range of residential properties using online platforms and through liaising with estate agencies, auction houses and directly with landlords. You will be responsible for the bidding process, putting in offers and then passing over to the inhouse legal team for the conveyancing process to begin.
Key duties will include:
• Hitting and exceed both individual and team targets.
• Identify Properties for potential purchase.
• Ensure information for ongoing purchase is both timely and complete.
• Work with the Acquisition team to Identify and nurture key relationships
• Communication of local market intelligence and opportunities.
• Liaise with all relevant internal teams in a timely way to ensure smooth transition of information.
• Understand and maintain knowledge of relevant CRM systems and reporting software (e.g. Hubspot & Alto).
Candidate requirements:
• Desire to work as part of a team within a fast paced, innovative environment.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Confident and helpful manner when dealing with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to take responsibility for your own business area and deals.
• Good organisational skills.
• Self-motivation.
• Accurate data entry.
• Experience in the property sector is advantageous but not essential
