Pertemps are proud to be working with our National client who require a Recruitment Advisor to recruit for both Frontline & Management Permanent Recruitment.

The role will require you to deliver recruitment within a centralised recruitment service, to agreed service standards in order to ensure optimal resourcing of vacant roles across our client's business.

Being the face of recruitment, you will present a positive image of the organisation to potential employees, and provide a clear, efficient, jargon free service to both Hiring Managers and job seekers, working to make our client an employer of choice in all markets in which it recruits.

This role requires a good multi-tasker with excellent communication skills, as you will be advertising positions, shortlisting candidates, setting up assessment centres and making job offers to candidates.
The role is working within high volume recruitment so you are required to have excellent prioritising skills and be a good multitasker in order to look after queries and requirements for the business.

Key Accountabilities as Recruiter:

* Delivery of the end-to-end recruitment service from responding to a requisition that has been raised by a hiring manager in the recruitment system to the point of verbal offer to an appropriate candidate.

* Answering candidate and hiring manager queries and either solving or escalating them through to successful conclusion.

* Maintaining accurate records on all recruitment systems including all internal systems.

* Ensuring 100% compliance with the agreed recruitment process.

* Managing customer relationships - both Hiring Manager, internal applicant and potential employee throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

* Ensuring that service measures are captured.

* Ensuring that service issues or failures are raised quickly and actioned.

* Understanding and complying with legal requirements and Company policies regarding recruitment.

* Maintaining an audit trail and data confidentiality at all times.

* Ensuring a complete and accurate answer to customer enquiries within the agreed timescales
