We are currently recruiting for a Learning & Development Officer to join an expanding Aggregates / Waste Management business in New Milton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to scult the shape of a businesses learning and development platform.
The Job.
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for???
Developing a learning and development programme liaising with managers to understand the needs of the business to train new and existing employees.
Scheduling and coordinating training for all employees.
Working with managers to identity and track talent across the business.
Delivering in hour training
Working with managers to ensure induction processes and training plans meet the businesses needs.
Writing and developing training material.
The Candidate.
Candidates will have a proven track record of delivering and developing training packages.
The ability to work flexibly, two or three days per week.
