We are looking to recruit Contact Tracers. The role is to contact people who have tested positive for COVID-19, provide then with guidance and trace people who have been in close contact with them. The process is guided by standard protocols and scripts to obtain the symptom history and other relevant health information, provide instruction on self-isolation and make appropriate referrals to testing, clinical advice and other essential support services.

* great communicators, both written and verbal;
* able to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively;
* proficient in the use of Microsoft products, electronic systems and databases;
* can commit to working shifts.
This role is 30 hours per week, working 6 hours/5 days a week. GBP12.95 ph.
Shifts rotate from 08.00 - 14.00 to (phone number removed). Working 3 weekends in 4.
Operating hours are Sunday to Saturday 08.00 - 20:00 every day of the year.
Essential Qualifications:
* A RELEVANT Level 3 or equivalent qualification required in either Business Studies, Business Administration, Customer Services, Human Resources or IT. A Level 3 is equivalent to A Levels, A/S Levels, NVQ Level 3 and Welsh Bacc Advanced. EVIDENCE OF QUALIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
* You will need to have experience of customer facing environment, delivering services and dealing with confidential and sensitive data.
* You will be working remotely and need to live within 45 minutes travelling distance of CF83 7PG.
