Perm Position
Carpenter needed for a Maintenance Company undertaking repairs on local authority properties.
Responsibilities:
Undertaking Carpentry repairs
Other trade related work such as Lock repairs / replacements / tiling / decorating / door replacements and various remedial repairs
Requirements:
Must have all tools for housing repairs - Carpentry
Experience in basic plumbing, patching, tiling, decorating
Full driving license.
Van will be provided for the role
