Role - Legal Secretary - Private Client
Salary - GBP20,000 - GBP26,000 depending on experience
Location - Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Atlas Employment are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Private Client department of our client based in Cirencester.

As the Private Client Secretary, you will be???dealing with all aspects of Private Client work but principally probate, wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
You will be working alongside another secretary in the team, and you may need to cover their workload at times, as well as support other departments as necessary due to pressure of work, leave or sickness, so some experience of other areas of legal work would be an asset, including property and litigation.

The ideal candidate will be a proficient typist, familiar with digital dictation, and able to undertake a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties, including preparing and amending documents, maintenance of client files and liaising with clients as and when required.
Confidence and good communications skills are essential.
You will also have excellent organisation and time management skills, and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
