HR Advisor (Global Mobility)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment has been instructed on a truly unique HR Advisor role based just outside of Birmingham - in the Solihull / Airport area.
Our client (although relatively small in the UK) has a workforce of over 100 employees based in over 30 countries around the world. Your primary objective will be to take ownership of the entire process of raising employment contracts which must adhere to local employment law. You must deliver excellent and accurate documentation to clients and prospective employees.
You will need to be an employment contract superstar who can work clients and employees to help guide them through the international hiring process.
Each new contract or contract update must be completed with strict time-frames - so you must enjoy working in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
The ideal candidate will have ???
3+ years of business experience (international business preferred)
Strong understanding of contracts and employment law.
Relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience relating to employment & contract law.
Significant operational HR experience
