Technical Support Advisor based in Newbury
Starting salary of GBP19,000k, increasing GBP1,000 every 6 months up to 60 months dependant on performance
Working Monday - Friday

Duties:
Handling inbound and outbound calls
Liaising with providers
Assisting with sales team queries
Completing product investigations
Creating support tickets and follow upThe ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience in a customer support/customer service background
Ability to understand, diagnose and assist in a busy support environment
PC Literate, including Word, Excel, E- Mail.
Good organisational skills
