Oxfordshire Sexual Abuse and Rape Crisis Centre (OSARCC) is seeking to appoint a part time Psychoeducation Specialist (Maternity Cover) to provide a 6 session programme of online psychoeducation sessions focusing on the impact of sexual violence and trauma responses, coping strategies, resources, and information for women survivors of sexual violence waiting to access face to face services.
Applicants will be qualified counsellors and have experience in providing online/ telephone counselling. The post holder will also contribute to the administration, monitoring, evaluation and development of the service. The hours stated also include attendance at 1 hour of supervision per month with an OSARCC approved external supervisor.
The post will be based at home, with some travel into base in Oxford, and some evening/weekend working required. Access to a car would be beneficial.
This role is subject to receiving Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks and to a six-month probationary period.
The post holder will be eligible for 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays per annum (pro rata) and a 5% pension contribution.
