We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Ceiling Track Hoist team within our Oxford Service Centre. You will assist with the day to day customer service, order processing and general administration of the service.

You will have an awareness of the day-to-day issues that our service user's face as well as the ability to empathise with these issues.
The Role:
* Assist and manage incoming calls into the centre from service users, family, healthcare professionals and colleagues
* Coordinating of scheduling in engineers for installations and maintenance
* Scheduling appointments and chasing of order/suppliers
* General administration including processing high volumes of paperwork/documentation
* Updating and maintaining company system and necessary spreadsheets
About you:
* Strong customer service experience within a similar busy and fast paced environment
* Telephone based customer service experience would be beneficial however full training will be provided
* Professional and confident manner via all communication channels
* Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems
* Able to multi task with a good eye for detail
* Team player and ability to work independently
