One Property Recruitment are seeking a home based Block Property Manager based in Essex to oversee a portfolio of 600 units. My client is a small, family run managing agent who have grown a very organic reputation in the local area and win a lot of their business through word of mouth and referrals. This position has come about due to growth and successful tenders of new business. You will be overseeing a purely portfolio that has been managed by one of the current directors and has been in the company for years and it is very well maintained. The core duties of this position are:
* Management of on-site staff
* Oversee planning and execution of day-to-day operations of your developments
* Oversee financials such as budgets and accounts, and present relevant reports to clients
* Conducting regular site inspections and overseeing maintenance issues
* Ensuring you maintain communication with key stakeholders where required through AGM's and other avenues

There is no glass ceiling to your progression and management are happy to tailor a path that is unique to your personal development. This position is home based, however should you want the option to go into the office 1 or 2 days a week, this is also available. I'm looking for someone with the following attributes:
* AIRPM qualified ideally
* 2+ years industry experience
* Career focused
* Highly organised
* Clean UK driving license
