You will be based on our clients premises in Barnard Castle with time also spent in our Hartlepool Branch.
This role will require you to become an integral part of the client's team, you will be working autonomously onsite and will need to fully embed yourself by understand the environment, culture and of course the requirements and skills of the roles you would be recruiting to fulfil.
You will be responsible for the recruitment and attraction of agency labour, vetting, interviews, audit compliance and supporting paper work, payroll administration, financial reporting and general welfare and performance management of these individuals while they are engaged to work.
You will also be responsible for Client communication, KPI reporting, review meetings, and generally providing an excellent service.
We are seeking a tenacious individual, ideally with recruitment experience, though not essential.
Perhaps you are looking to move away from a Sales based role to allow you to focus on providing a service?
You must be able to multi task, prioritise, with excellent attention to detail and be computer literate.
You must be a people person and able to build rapport and relationships at all levels while being professional.
Full training for this role will be provided
