Location: Barnsley S71 3LJ
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Shifts - Friday, Saturday & Sunday 8am - 5pm
Rates: GBP10 per hour

Pertemps are looking for a part time Onsite-Coordinator to join our ever-growing recruitment business based at Gist Barnsley. As a Co-Ordinator you will work closely with candidates to match them to the client's needs. You will be a core part in helping to meet our clients' requirements, so the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and the ability to build rapport quickly, with the client and the candidates is essential.

You will take responsibility for delivering into a high profile client. So communication skills and the ability to be proactive are essential along with a drive for recruitment of warehouse and drivers.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who are seeking a role in recruitment but willing to be flexible to learn other aspects of the business, previous experience is an advantage.
Duties and responsibilities
-Recruiting and helping to arrange training over busy peak periods
- Managing staff performance and attendance
-Arranging and conducting interviews
-Planning and booking staff to meet our customer requirements
-Interacticting with agency workers on a daily basis over the telephone and in person
-General admin tasks
We are looking for the following experience from applicants:
-A good team player
-Ideally someone who has worked within recruitment and who is confident in resourcing candidates
-Comfortable building relationships
-Ability to deliver to deadlines under pressure
