Customer Service Associate

CK Group are recruiting for a German Speaking Customer Service Associate to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Chester on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:
GBP14.38 per hour PAYE, depending upon experience.

German Speaking Customer Service Associate Role:

Understand policies around order management and customer inquiries processes, and execute in compliance with Global distribution Practices (GDP).
Receive orders and enter them in SAP system, handle backorders and returns for customers, monitor all open orders
Handle customer routine complaints and disputes
Receive and resolve internal ad-hoc inquiries
Support internal and external audits
Your Background:

German Language required
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
SAP knowledge is advantageous
