Housing Management Officer

GBP15 per hour
Our client is looking for an experienced Housing Management Officer.
This is a small but busy team and we are looking for someone who is an experienced Housing Management Officer who can step straight into the role
In totality the Council's Housing team manage 160 residential properties across Bracknell Forest Council, the Council's housing company (Downshire Homes) and under leases (PSLs).
These are primarily used as temporary accommodation for homeless households whilst homelessness applications are investigated and whilst more permanent housing solutions are sourced to enable the Council to discharge our duty. The stock includes some multi-occupancy properties with shared facilities, but primarily these are self-contained, single occupancy houses. A small number of properties are used as permanent shared homes for people with learning disabilities.
