Position: Lettings Negotiator / Property Manager

Location: Hailsham

Salary: GBP16,000 plus commission (OTE GBP24,000)

The Company

Our client has been successfully selling property and advising clients in the Eastbourne and Hailsham area for over 40 years and are acknowledged to be one of the best estate agencies in the area. They are members of the National Association of Estate Agents, adhere to a strict code of conduct and they have a very friendly, highly experienced team who you could be a part of.

The Role

The role will include a variety of tasks including but not limited to:

Meeting with prospective tenants
Viewings
Conduct references
Preparing tenancy agreements and other relevant documents
Collecting rents and deposits
Paying landlords
Co-ordinating property maintenance
Carrying out property inspections
Reconciling accountsThe Candidate

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Hold a full driving licence and have their own car
Trustworthy
Professional
Previous experience required
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Be able to manage time efficiently and effectively
The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
