Permanent opportunity - starting immediately
Financial customer service advisor
* Friendly call centre environment
* Working for a internationally recognised financial services group taking inbound calls and responding to customer emails
* Candidates should be ready to deliver exceptional customer service on every call/email
* Fully flexible working a 40 hour week, Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am - 8pm, working 5 day out of 7 (1 out of 6 Sunday's)
* You will receive full training to enable yo to carry out the role
* Candidates are ideally savvy to financial data and information, and be ready to take on a great deal of information orientated around financial services
* Candidates will need to pass a DBS check, credit check and be able to provide a full employment history for referencing/clearance
