Our client is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to assist them on a part time basis. The organization is based in rural Maidstone and ideally would live nearby. After introduction you are trusted to manage your working hours in keeping with the company's demands. You can work office based, work from home or a hybrid of the two. This is a very exciting opportunity for a part time candidate that can commit to minimum 10 hours per month on a permanent basis.
* Sales Ledger
* Purchase Ledger
* Bank Reconciliation
* Experienced with Xero Software
* Accurate entry of invoices, credit notes, transactions and remittance advices.
* Running financial reports
* Ideally experienced with the accounts process of exported products to a range of countries.
* Up to date with nominal coding
* Up to date with current legislation that may affect the accounts on a day-to-day basis.
* Key attention to detail
