How would you like to be part of a traditional organisation working out of listed offices in central St Albans? The role is varied and includes building relationships with customers and growing business within their insurance portfolio. Full training will be given and the opportunity to work towards a recognised qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
Responsibilities include:
• Inbound and outbound telephone activities
• Providing solutions in the sale of products/policies
• Communicating to customers clearly and effectively
• Preparing renewal paperwork
You will have:
• Experience in an insurance customer service/sales/call centre environment
• Experience in working to KPI's
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
You will be a natural influencer with excellent organisational skills and work well under pressure.
