Content Manager
About The Role
The Content Manager/Copywriter will bring our tone of voice to life and create consistency in our messaging on and offline. Leading on our content marketing strategy, the Content Manager will create a content calendar framework and deliver a transformative Marketing strategy for HC-One that engages with our target audience.
They will build our digital marketing capability in terms of creating content that drives our SEO and in turn increases brand awareness and perception, online visibility, and volume of enquiries, and support homes in building their local reputation and cultivating relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the local markets in which they operate through the creation of appropriate content for marketing materials - both traditional and digital.
They will really get under the skin of the brand, understanding how to communicate our kind care ethos and through consultation with key internal stakeholders create unique content for our care home services, which really showcases their unique offerings.
About You
With a Bachelor's Degree in Writing, Creative Writing, English, Journalism, Mass Communication & Media Studies or Marketing, you will have top quality content creation and copywriting skills and experience of creating a content strategy.
You will have experience of working as a Head of Content, Content Lead or Senior Content Writer, outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills, and a demonstrable understanding of the role of UX/CX in content design.
