An exciting opportunity to join a leading service provider as a Recruitment Account Manager. This role is completely home-based and will involve working with internal hiring managers and external agencies to ensure all vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
Description
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring a high volume of roles are filled in one of the largest and key areas of the business, filling business critical roles.
Responsibilities will include working with internal hiring managers to push along processes from interview to offer, as well as liaising with external agencies to ensure a steady flow of candidates. The role holder will also be expected to recruit for a number of roles directly.
Overall, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all vacancies are filled in a timely manner with suitable and reliable candidates.

Excellent organisation skills
The ability to use an ATS
Excellent communication skills
