Neighbourhood Operations Manager
Salary: GBP47,439 per annum
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week

We're looking for???. someone that can motivate and lead our team of neighbourhood officers. We want to deliver excellent leasehold and housing management services to our residents. We also want to continuously improve to meet targets and increase resident satisfaction. We are looking for someone that can drive a performance culture with focus on continuous improvement, accountability and personal responsibility and has experience of managing lease and tenancy conditions.
You'll need??? a proven track record of providing excellent customer services within a housing environment. We'll also expect you to have up to date knowledge of relevant legislation, procedures and good practice within the sector. An analytical, proactive and collaborative approach is important too, as is the ability to apply creative thinking to improve services and problem solve. You must be able to present and communicate and engage with people at all levels and develop great working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
