Dispute Resolution Solicitor

As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be joining a solid team that works on a wide-ranging caseload of civil and commercial dispute resolution and in conjunction with other departments within the firm to ensure client satisfaction. If you have 2 - 8 years PQE as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor/ Specialist there are outstanding progression prospects on offer for the right people to join them in this exciting time. The Role:
* Dispute Resolution solicitor/ specialist, offering exposure to a fast-paced, interesting and varied caseload of quality dispute resolution matters, working on behalf of both individuals and business clients.
* You will undertake a mixed workload of civil and commercial dispute resolution including advising on areas such a property, consumer and agriculture disputes, debt recovery, injunctions, professional negligence, leasehold extensions, insolvency, nuisance, defamation and contentious probate.
* Actively encouraged to participate in innovative marketing and business development activities, developing and maintaining networks for securing new clients for yourself and the team, whilst also having the freedom to seek out new opportunities and new areas of work.
The Person
* You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with at least 2 PQE
