Store Manager - Menswear - Dalton Park
Our client is a leading Menswear retailer and they are looking for an experienced Store Manager for their store based within Dalton Park Outlet Centre Unit 22/23 Murton Seaham Co Durham SR7 9HU.
The successful applicants must have managerial experience in Menswear / Fashion experience as duties will include store management, managing the team to include sales and service, merchandising stock and presentation, plus use of till and card machine.
The successful applicant will be given training on all their stock, which will give more confidence in selling their products to potential customers. However managerial experience in retail in Menswear / Fashion is essential together with good merchandising skills.
Hours of work will be a minimum of 40 hours per week, between store opening times. As you will be responsible for the store rota a varied shift pattern will be required and more hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages eg: covering holidays and busy periods.
