About the role
The Global Professional Development team are responsible for revolutionizing our career development proposition. As part of the overall strategy, we are seeking an innovative, UX driven Learning Experience Designer to take our digital learning offering to a whole new level. As part of the wider Professional Development team, you'll work to deliver a world class employee learning experience that will help us drive retention and take us to employer of choice. Reporting to The Global Head of Professional Development you'll be working across multiple locations and Divisions to design one of a kind learning experiences. What you'll do
* Work with SMEs (Subject Matter experts) to analyse content needs for various programs and tasks in the Compliance Operations team.
* Design various learning solutions, including creation of detailed design documents. Develop various learning interventions.
* Create assessments in line with learning goals that provides learners opportunities to demonstrate their mastery of the learning goals.
* Constantly evaluate all programs and design and revamp both new and established learning model.
* Maintain learning programs using a project management approach across cross-functional teams, including needs assessment, solution development and delivery, tracking and evaluating training effectiveness as well as continuous improvement.
* Develop onboarding and refresher training framework for all compliance processes
* Cultivate strong working relationships across multiple teams / stakeholders.
* Be a pioneer for new learning technologies and trends.
* Constantly challenge the status quo to tell us what great looks like and can be
About you
* Successful track record in L&D, combined with strong business partnering experience.
* Strong English skills (verbal and written communication)
* Experience as an Instructional Designer in a large organisation
* Exposure to ID models like ADDIE, Agile ADDIE.
* Experience of managing various e-learning authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline and Rise.
* Experience in LMS Management and Administration including maintenance of SCORM compliant courses.
* Ability to think like a true creative designer.
* Strong project management skills.
