We are really pleased to be assisting our client to recruit an experienced Sales Consultant to join their growing Estate Agency in Swindon. The candidate will ideally have a proven track record in an estate agency and be hungry for sales!
The Role:
* Viewing properties to bring them onto the market
* Negotiating terms
* Giving quotations
* Matching buyers to properties
* Arranging , undertaking viewings
The Person:
* Great interpersonal skills
* Attentive with a good eye for detail
* Diplomatic, a people person
* Driven and ambitious
* Competitive
* Previous sales experience (not necessarily from Estate Agency)
* Full UK Driving licence and own transport
* The hours are 8.15am-6.30pm Mon-Fri and every other Saturday
