Internal Sales
Based Maidstone
We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Advisor. This is a new role as part of a new team !!
You will be responsible for handling Inbound and Outbound calls, Speaking to both new and existing customers in both residential and business sectors. Offering a security package and monitoring system that will best suit their needs. This involves managing a large database of customer information and being up to date with the smart security market as it evolves while meeting all KPI'S set out by the company.
Successful Internal sales advisors deliver effective performance through the following:
- Taking the lead - They understand the customers situations through listening skills, guiding them to a quick and easy resolution that is meeting all their needs.
- Influencing and negotiating - They use their strong influencing and negotiation skills to guide our customers to the right decision.
- Continuously improving- They are always looking to learn and develop so they can improve in their role.
- A desire to succeed- They have a variety of customer and commercial targets & KPI'S that they strive to meet on a monthly basis.
