Production Operative - Line Staff Trainer
The Real Wrap Co are a multi award winning team of sandwich and food-to-go experts on a mission to create great food, sustainably. We are a carbon negative manufacturer and have been ranked for the third year running in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100. Our business has doubled in size each year, now producing over 15 million products per year.
We are based in BS11, Avonmouth and currently looking to expand multiple teams across the business including production. We are currently recruiting several production line operatives including staff trainer to work within our chilled environment producing tasty sandwiches, wraps, salads and other food to go products.
You will need to work 5 out of 7 days including a weekend day.
Duties include:
* Working with the production line staff ensuring each member has accurate training in regards to which ingredient to put into which sandwich, how much of each ingredient.
* Training staff to work at speed but with accuracy
* Helping new members of staff feel welcome when joining the company
No matter what task you are doing, there is always a focus on safety, quality and hygiene to ensure our customers receive the best possible products.
This role will involve standing for long periods and working in cold temperatures (8-10 degrees). It may also include will also repeat lifting and carrying ingredients and products.
Experience required
* Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing to a good standard
* Numerate and literate
