Our Public Sector client is looking to recruit an Team Leader for Local Contact Tracing on an initial contract till March 2022 to lead and manage a team of Contact Tracer Advisors as part of the City's Local Test, Trace and Support Service to effectively contain COVID-19 Infections locally.
Your main role will be to:
* Establish and build effective and collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to manage the city's test, trace and support service in accordance with national and local policies and procedures.
* Managing caseloads and undertake risk assessments in accordance with guidance and protocols
* Day to day management of advisors including recruitment, induction, attendance management, allocation of resources and coaching
* Provide daily, weekly and monthly data on service performance
* Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
The ideal candidate will have Team Leader experience ideally in a Support Services or Customer Services based environment. You will have excellent supervision, communication, organisational and relationship building skills. You will be able to analyse and present data and experience working to standard operating procedures.
Past experience of Test and Trace / Contact Tracing NHS would be highly desirable as would experience in Health Care, Public Health or other COVID-19 related roles.

Pay Rate: GBP14.38 per hour PAYE plus accrued holiday pay OR GBP18.38 on a Umbrella Company basis
