Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Office Manager on behalf of one of our clients.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office for a company who specialises in the supply, installation and maintenance of assistive technology equipment such as stairlifts and hoists.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To take on all aspects of running a small office such as:
Replying to queries and resolving customer problems via phone or email.
Keeping data management systems up to date.
Dealing with customer orders and associated paperwork.
Ability to draft correspondence.
Provide PA and admin services.
General administration duties.
Take on HR related duties.
This list is not exhaustive and you will be required to carry out other duties as reasonably requested.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Strong administration skills are a must.
Working knowledge of HR is advantageous.
Strong level of written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make decisions and prioritise tasks with no supervision.
Excellent IT skills including email, Word and Excel at a minimum.
